Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Big Chats you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Big Chats provides tools to build and run automated Instagram messaging flows on Instagram Business / Creator accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your automated flows and for complying with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable law. You must not use the service to send spam, harassing, deceptive, or illegal messages, and you must honour opt-out requests from your contacts.

4. Account & access

You connect your Instagram account via Meta OAuth. You may disconnect at any time, which revokes our access. We store an encrypted access token only for as long as the account is connected.

5. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
