1. Who we are

Big Chats is an Instagram messaging automation tool that lets businesses build and run automated conversations on their own Instagram Business / Creator accounts. This policy explains what data we process and why.

2. What data we collect

We collect: (a) your Instagram username and account id when you connect an account; (b) the content of direct messages exchanged between your Instagram account and the people who message it, so the automation can respond; (c) contact details that end-users voluntarily share inside those conversations (e.g. name, phone, email); (d) basic account data for your admin login (email).

3. How we use it

Message content is processed solely to run the automated flows you configure and to show you conversation history. We do not sell personal data and do not use message content for advertising.

4. Data retention

Connected-account data is kept while the account is connected. When you disconnect an account or remove the app, the related account records are deleted or anonymised. You may request full deletion at any time (see section 6).

5. Cookies & tracking

The app uses only essential cookies required for login sessions and your language preference. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. How to request deletion

Removing Big Chats from your Instagram settings triggers an automatic deletion of your connected-account data. You can also request deletion by contacting bigchatssupport@gmail.com. We confirm completion via a status page with a unique confirmation code.
